Compliance and risk as a service

AEGIS1 powered by ITBI

Bank-grade compliance and risk, delivered as a service.

The same BSA, AML, KYC, and risk program that Innovation Trust Bank International runs on itself — made available to community banks that do not have the team, and to digital-asset providers that need to meet a bank’s standard.

I

Why it exists

Compliance is the first thing ITBI built. It is also the thing most institutions cannot staff.

A community bank faces the same regulatory expectations as a large one, without the headcount to meet them. A digital-asset provider is asked by every bank and counterparty for a compliance posture it was never built to produce. AEGIS1 puts ITBI’s program, people, and tooling behind both.

II

What is included

Three services

Community banks

Compliance and risk program as a service

BSA/AML program administration, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk assessments, and regulatory-reporting support, run by ITBI’s compliance team.

Digital-asset providers

Bank-grade compliance for digital-asset businesses

A compliance posture that a bank, partner, or regulator will accept — program design, ongoing screening and monitoring, and the documentation to evidence it.

Digital-asset providers and their counterparties

KYC, KYB, and background checking

Traditional identity, entity, and beneficial-ownership verification with background checks, applied to digital-asset providers and the parties they onboard.

III

Powered by ITBI

The same stack the Bank runs on

AEGIS1 is not a software license. It is ITBI’s compliance and risk function — the people, the program, and the tooling that keep a supervised bank supervised — made available to institutions that need it. When the Bank’s own standard changes, the service changes with it.

People

ITBI’s compliance officers, with a named lead for each engagement.

Program

Policies, risk rating, screening, monitoring, and reporting, built to survive an examiner’s file.

Tooling

The screening, monitoring, and case-management systems the Bank uses for its own clients.
