Nathan was the Executive Director, Co-Head of the fixed income capital solutions team at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2016. He holds a BA, Honors Argumentation (cum laude) University of Utah, a JD/MBA from New York University School of Law and Stern School of Business. He is admitted to the State Bars of NY, MA, the SDNY and the Federal Circuit.
